These Terms & Conditions apply to all family yoga classes provided by [Children's Yoga Adventures] ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or attending a class, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
- All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system or agreed booking method.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Your booking secures a space in the class, which limits availability for other families.
2. No Refund Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations, non-attendance, or partial attendance, as your booking reserves a space that cannot always be re-filled.
- This no refund policy applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
- Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
3. Cancellations by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness, low attendance, or events outside our control.
- If we cancel a class, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit to be used toward a future class (your choice, unless otherwise stated).
4. Transfers & Credits
- At our discretion, we may allow a booking to be transferred to another family or to a future class.
- Any approved transfer or credit must be requested in writing and is not guaranteed.
- Credits, if issued, may have an expiry date.
5. Health, Safety & Participation
- Family yoga classes involve physical movement. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the class.
- You confirm that you and your child(ren) are physically fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions prior to attending.
- We accept no responsibility for injuries sustained during classes, except where caused by our proven negligence.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
- We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all families.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for their child(ren)’s behaviour at all times.
7. Lateness & Missed Classes
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may disturb the class if already started.
- Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Photography & Media
- From time to time, we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
- You will be asked for consent before any images of you or your child(ren) are used.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance at our classes, except where caused by our negligence.
- Personal belongings are brought to classes at your own risk.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
