Childminders can book individual sessions, weekly sessions, or fortnightly visits, giving you flexibility to suit your schedule.

Our preschool yoga sessions introduce children to simple poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness through fun stories and games. These sessions help children improve balance, focus, flexibility, and relaxation while encouraging imagination and calmness.

Dance sessions encourage children to express themselves through music and movement. Using fun songs and imaginative themes, children develop rhythm, coordination, and creativity.

Our gymnastics sessions introduce the fundamentals of movement including jumping, balancing, rolling, and climbing. Using soft equipment and playful challenges, children develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Please note our session run through term time only.
You can also choose a different activity for each session, allowing children to enjoy a wide range of experiences such as yoga one week and multi-sports the next.
