In addition to our excellent yoga programme, we offer multi-sports, fitness, dance, and gymnastics. All our programmes align with the national curriculum and are delivered by our fully qualified, DBS-checked instructors who have all completed safeguarding training.
Our dynamic and engaging lessons are designed to make children genuinely excited about attending PE, helping them flourish & thrive.
Choose the session that fits your schedule: Full Days, Half Days, 1 Hour Session Lunch or After School Clubs. For the best results and experience in our Full and Half Day sessions, we recommend enrolling in our comprehensive 12-week programme.
